while limited in space, our food trailer will be providing a variety of food products to the customers. It is true that Falafel and Shawerma are our two main food types, however, the different types of salads, the Moroccan coscos can be considered as light meals alternatives. Furthermore, the Turkish coffee and the Moroccan tea which will be done the traditional ways can provide the hot drinks option.
